THE CANADIAN MEDIA PRODUCERS ASSOCIATION hereinafter referred to as “CMPA”, agrees to recognize NABET 700-M UNIFOR hereinafter referred to as “The Union”, as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent on a project-by-project basis as per Appendix A for all Technicians engaged by a Motion Picture or Television production, in the Province of Ontario, working under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and who work in the classifications listed in Schedule 2.
