Governance
NABET 700-M Unifor is a local union within Unifor National. It is governed by an Executive Board of elected members, supported by Office Staff in accordance with the NABET 700-M Unifor Bylaws and the Unifor National Constitution.
The Executive Board, comprised of a Senior Executive and Department VPs, meets at least once a month between quarterly General Membership Meetings. Members in Good Standing can attend and vote at General Membership Meetings.

Canadian Creative Industries Code of Conduct
The Canadian Creative Industries Code of Conduct is an industry-wide initiative introduced in March 2018, supported by NABET and other industry organizations, aimed at preventing and responding to harassment, including sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying and violence, and to ensure every workplace is one where safety, respect, and professionalism are the norm.
