COMMITTEES
Committees play a vital role in organizations and institutions by allowing diverse perspectives and expertise to collaborate. They provide a platform for thorough discussion, decision-making, and problem-solving. Committees also help distribute workload, promote accountability, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Additionally, they offer a democratic approach to decision-making, as decisions are made collectively, considering various viewpoints. Committees are crucial for promoting transparency, inclusivity, and effective organizational governance.
