Women’s Representative

and Anti-Harassment

In 2019, NABET 700-M Unifor made history by successfully negotiating the position of an on-set Women’s Representative in our Collective Agreement, the first of its kind, to assist women with concerns of harassment and violence in the workplace. Further, the Union secured an additional $1 per hour for Members who fulfill the role.

In support of the Union’s Women’s Representative role, the Women’s Committee worked diligently to develop and produce an Anti-Harassment brochure to help publicize the role and create awareness about workplace harassment.
