The Workers with Disabilities Committee is made up of members with lived experience as disabled people and/or caregivers for people with disabilities, while navigating the unique challenges we face as workers in the screen industries. Our mission is to advocate for ourselves and fellow disabled members, increase visibility, accessibility, and support for disabled workers, recommend policies that promote equity and inclusion in production spaces, break down systemic barriers and shatter the stereotypes that diminish all workers.
